My archaeological skill set is built upon a BA in Archaeology & Geography from the University of Chester and this year will be further developed with an MA from Exeter. This education provides me with a strong theoretical and practical foundation in archaeological methods, fieldwork, and research analysis. I have applied these skills in various settings, including archaeological excavations in Sweden and Chester, where I gained experience in excavation techniques, context recording, and feature identification. Additionally, I have honed my analytical and palaeography skills through the transcription of historical documents and have contributed to heritage management principles through volunteer work with the Chester Archaeological Society and Chester Cathedral.

My marketing and photography skills are rooted in my experience as Marketing Director at Fabled Ltd, where I have honed my abilities in overseeing creative/marketing strategy, developing creative concepts, and creating visuals and written materials. These roles have equipped me with expertise in content strategy and project coordination, including researching, conceptualising, and delivering engaging narratives for diverse digital platforms. My experience also demonstrates transferable skills in digital media management, strategic planning, and community engagement, and I am adept at managing digital presence and brand visibility. I am proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and various content platforms (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace). Additionally, my experience providing photography services for 12 years has provided me with practical skills in e-commerce, digital marketing campaigns, and user support, all of which are transferable to heritage outreach and public engagement contexts.
-
For the past 12 years, I have provided bespoke family, lifestyle, and editorial photography services, managing all business aspects including client relations, social media, and post-production. My photography emphasizes storytelling and narrative techniques. Additionally, I design and deliver photography workshops and retreats for clients such as The Milky Way and Unraveled Academy, developing lesson plans and online resources. I also own, design, and market custom Lightroom presets and Photoshop actions to a global audience through my e-commerce site (Intangible Presets).
